SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 10-20 business days. Please note that SHOP THE WM is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. SHOP THE WM does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of $14.99 are non refundable.

Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.

In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process an exchange.

CARE OF JEWELRY

Stay away from water including pool water. Most of our items are imitation rhodium and will last longer by the care of the buyer. Please note the only items that can be in water are our genuine plating items.
